Market Research Common Questions

1. What happens after I join a panel?

You will receive a welcoming email from the panel and you will begin receiving email invitations to take surveys. The email will include what you need to take part in. You will have the opportunity to earn rewards for the survey taken.

2. Why I don’t receive any surveys after I sign up?

Surveys are sent automatically to you when you likely match the survey’s requirements. Filling as much as possible to your information will surely help the panel to recognize who you are and might send you more surveys that suit you.

3. Can I take a survey on my mobile phone or my tablet?

Sure you can, even nowadays panels have their own application that you could install on your mobile phone or tablet. But sometimes, surveys required Flash Media which work better on computer. Most surveys currently feature Flash Media content, which is not currently supported on many popular phones and tablets. We recommend that you use a computer with an updated browser to ensure the correct settings are in place for any Flash Media.

4. I experienced errors while taking the survey, what should I do?

Apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, error during doing the survey is something that cannot be corrected. All the links sent to you are already tested and ensure they are working properly. Make sure you check your browser setting, server, and other computer settings for future surveys.
If you receive an error message, you will have timed out from the survey (as some surveys have a certain access duration) and you won’t be able to access it again. The survey links cannot be resent, also the survey cannot be reset.

5. Why do I get asked the same question more than once?

We call it a “red herring”. Clients, occasionally, will ask a question in a survey multiple times or demand that you choose a specific answer to make sure you are honest and/or read the entire survey question. If our client finds that your response is unacceptable under red herring directives, you will not be eligible for the survey, receive rewards, and may be terminated from the panel.

6. Do I need to pay for taking surveys?

No, you don’t. Taking surveys is completely free of charge. You will voluntarily participate in surveys under all terms and conditions and get rewarded.

7. How often I will receive survey invitations?

We send out survey invitations regularly but can't say who or when members will receive invitations. This is because each survey is customized and based on the research purposes for each client. Depending on your profile, we may ask you to complete surveys more or less frequently. For this cause, we ask you to keep your profile up to date. Please note that some firewalls may prevent sending the survey invitations.

8. How long does the average survey take to complete?

The number of questions varies from survey to survey. The panel will try to keep the survey as short as possible, although they have to make sure the results are meaningful. In general, a survey takes up to 15 minutes.

9. Can you mail the surveys to me or conduct them over the phone?

Unfortunately, all the surveys are designed to be accessed online. So you need to complete the survey over the internet.

10. How can I sign up for PayPal?

Signing up for PayPal is a fast and easy process! Simply go to PayPal's homepage to sign up today. Go to PayPal.com.

11. How to make a payout to my PayPal account?

our points are turned into cash and can be collected via PayPal, for further information visit PayPal.
1. If you don’t have a PayPal account: Go to PayPal.com and click on Sign-up. Be sure to use your panel member e-mail address when you enter your details.
2. If you have a PayPal account, but with a different e-mail address then please make sure you add your panel member e-mail address to your existing account.
* Please note that if you do not yet have a PayPal account or if your PayPal account is configured to accept every payment manually you will have a maximum of 30 days to accept the payment. After a maximum of 30 days the payment expires and will be returned to the panel.

How to maximise your earnings from online surveys

The rewards amount of each survey might not be that high, but make sure you follow the following tips to maximize your earnings. First, never sign up with a fake email. This is essential as the panel will contact you by email. A fake email address means that you will miss your online survey invitations, and you won't earn money. Because every email sent to an unexisting email address will be bounced back and never be delivered to you. If you provided a correct email address, but you still don't get survey invitations to check your SPAM folder.

How to spot fake survey sites and avoid survey scams

You are promised free gift cards or free products for doing absolutely nothing. You can get a free gift like a gift card if you fill out or answer a survey. Especially if you evaluate such a product (sample) on the official survey site, there is a possibility that you can get the product for free as well. But you can’t get paid for doing nothing! The survey site is asking for your bank account info. Don’t ever try to provide your bank account details into the survey site that you want to register. A legit survey site doesn't need it, not even to pay you! Normally a legit survey will pay you or give the cash through your Paypal account only.
